Payment security
1. Payment by bank transfer:
You can pay by bank transfer by transferring the amount from your bank account (with a payment order) to the following bank account:

As the contributor write the name of the user, and in the reason for payment you MUST fill in the unique order identification number, which is generated after the order is completed. If no number is filled in, the identification of the transfer becomes difficult and the order may not be activated as we will not know what the payment is for.
2. Payment by credit or debit bank card:
The card payment service through the website www.yocowork.com, provides the possibility to make online payments using MasterCard, Visa, American Express and JCB credit or debit bank cards.
The currency of payment by bank card is Bulgarian lev (BGN). If the cardholder’s currency differs from the payment currency, the payment amount will be calculated at the relevant exchange rate of the issuing bank for the day.
Direct payments are made through the online payment system of BORICA AD, where the User should enter card data (card number, expiry date and 3-digit security code CVV2/CVC2). The payment is processed by BORICA AD. The security of the card data is guaranteed by BORICA AD.
Protection of personal data
You must use an up-to-date SSL-enabled browser. This protects the privacy of your personal information while it is being transmitted over the Internet.
The security of card data is protected by an SSL connection between our server and the server of the payment platform processing the transaction. SSL or Secure Socket Layer provides an encrypted connection between the hosting server where the website resides and the visitors browser. With an SSL certificate, you get a higher level of security for your data. This way all credit card numbers and personal data will be protected. During the authentication process of your card, neither our server, nor our e-commerce platform, nor our employees have access to the content of confidential data that is exchanged between the cardholder and the bank, despite the fact that the payment is made by a link on the website of the online platform site www.yocowork.com.
The information that the website collects DOES NOT INCLUDE THE PURCHASER’S CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD DATA. WE WILL NEVER ASK YOU BY EMAIL OR TELEPHONE FOR YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS AND ESPECIALLY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD DETAILS. If for any reason you receive such a message from us, please check that it is indeed from us, IGNORE THE MESSAGE and notify us immediately by e-mail or phone!
Direct Payment
All cardholders of bank cards making Direct Payment by the www.yocowork.com website are subject to verification and authorization by the card issuing bank. If the card-issuing bank refuses a payment or for any reason does not authorise a payment, the cardholder is notified immediately. Ramer Group Ltd shall not be held liable for any errors in Direct Payment due to incorrect data filled in by the User.
The issuing bank may charge a fee for each card transaction. Further information can be obtained from the card-issuing bank.
In the event of a Direct Payment dispute, the User – cardholder should contact the bank – card issuer, and Ramer Group Ltd is committed to assist in resolving the case of a disputed payment.
If it is established that the dispute is justified, the amount of the validly disputed payment shall be refunded by the bank servicing the online payments on the Internet to the User’s card account or, if possible, the payment made shall be cancelled.
For each successfully completed Direct Payment, the User shall receive a message from team@yocowork.com with payment details to the e-mail address filled in when requesting the service.
