What is coworking space?

A shared workspaces or coworking spaces are premises with organized workspaces for short-term or periodic use. An environment of people from different organisations, activities and services working remotely. Shared workspaces are used by independent professionals or people whose work involves frequent and extended travel.

Why should I choose this type of service?

The service “shared space” or “coworking space” is popular in recent years. Save on rent and bills, valuable time and hassle. In addition with all the amenities, you can indulge in your work, study or business development. If you don’t have anywhere to gather a team of people or get secluded, this is your place.

What type of workspaces are available?

We offer open space or so-called coworking space for a certain period of time. We have packages by the hour, for days, weeks and months.

We also offer a conference room for different durations. It can be used by 4 to 7 people either hourly or for a day or more.

Of course you can also use the entire office space, which includes all the desks in the common area and the conference room. The service is available by the hour and accommodates up to 20 people.

You get an additional service to use the office equipment such as scanning, printing and copying pages at an additional cost and is available regardless of the package chosen.

Is it suitable for me?

If you are a person looking for a quiet place to do your work or study, this is the perfect place for you. You’ll be able to get away and think about the tasks that are important to you.

If you have a small business or are just starting out, you don’t take any chances with rent, electricity, water, internet bills… In addition to that, you get the use of the office equipment, kitchen with coffee and tea provided, comfortable desks and chairs and of course heating and cooling. All of this sometimes involves problems that waste valuable time and resources.

Or you’re a business with a team of many people and you’re looking for a presentable, temporary location for employees or scheduled off-hours meetings with clients. To discuss ideas and make important decisions, a conference room is a good choice for this.

What service am I getting?

In addition to the standard amenities such as:

  • WiFi
  • Desks and chairs
  • Air conditioning
  • Employee in need

  • Hygiene maintenance

Get more:

  • Bathroom
  • Equipped kitchen with everything you need
  • A secure place for personal belongings
  • Complimentary reverse osmosis purified water, coffee, tea and utensils
  • A soundproof phone booth for making phone calls

Plus a separate seating area with comfortable barstools, books and magazines for reading and relaxing. And let’s not forget the amenities that are nearby – shops, bookshops, places to eat, malls…
For an additional fee, you can take advantage of the conference room for up to 7 people, the entire office space, use of the office equipment for printing, copying and scanning documents and organize your own events on weekends.

Should I sign up for a tour?

If you’re not sure whether to choose us, come in and let us show you around. Visits must be booked in advance to ensure we have someone available to show you around and answer your questions. This is all completely free of charge.

Can I bring a friend to work with me?

If you wish to bring a guest, colleague or friend who will also be working with you, you must pay for their visit.

Is there a minimal commitment?

Use of the open space is for at least 1 hour.

Use of the conference room by 4 to 7 people is for at least 1 day.

Use of all office space for up to 20 people, including the conference room, is for at least 1 hour.

Office equipment is used and paid for on site and is independent of the service chosen.

The organisation of events is by appointment only and outside office hours, i.e. on weekends.

Are there hidden fees?

There are no hidden charges or additional costs unless agreed additionally. All prices listed in the Prices section are in Bulgarian lev (BGN), final and inclusive of VAT.

Am I liable for penalties if I terminate the service?

No, there are no penalties for termination of service by you, regardless of the situation.
